12/3/24 Twice upon making the appointment I confirmed with the technician I wanted my regular tires back. I told Todd I wanted the tires in the back of my vehicle after the snow tires were put on when I got there. While I was sitting in the lobby he came out to ask about alignment and I knew I didn't need it as I had just purchased the vehicle I even mentioned this, he would not stop talking about it, I declined at least three times.
