Great people
If I could leave a zero rating I would. I’ve had the same issue for months I’ve taken my car there several different times there over the last few months and the issue is still not resolved with my vehicle. Paul the advisor is only concerned about his surveys, he literally calls me and tells me to rate him all 5’s even though they in fact are not doing their job there. I would never recommend Vern eide it is nothing but a headache dealing with them!
If I could leave negative stars I would this is for the reconditioning center although the interior detail was far from perfect it was satisfactory however they broke a button on my navigation head unit and never even mentioned it until I brought it up and it's taken two weeks now and we still have no resolve to the issue Elizabeth I think her name was needs some serious help on customer service and in dealing with issues in a timely manner didn't expect this at all from vern eide very piss poor to make the customer jump thr... read more
This is for the Service Center! We were on our way back home (an hour away) & I blew a tire. Thankfully we were only a couple miles out of town & were able to get in quickly here. We were in SF to bring our 16 year old pup to the vet for some pain management & were told if the shot doesn't work, it's time to let him go. So then to get something in my tire, made for a very bad day! They did everything they could to try & get my tire patched quickly but were not able to so they put the spare on. They did not charge me for any ... read more
