They're scam, they're all about the money. Their lead tech beat on my vehicle instead of scanning it.

Brenda brought vehicle to us with a concern of the radio display showing it was on a station and the volume was on but there was no sound coming from the speakers most of the time. The vehicle was displaying this issue when the customer pulled in. We brought our lead Mitsubishi tech up into the service drive to look at the vehicle with the customer.
