We had to practically hunt down someone to help us when we got there. They failed to mention how the vehicle that we were going to test drive REEKED of cigarette smoke. We drove about an hour and 15 minutes to his place only to pretty much turn around and leave right away. Luckily we found a different car that same day in Sioux Center.

Dan was friendly, had answers for most of my questions. Paperwork was fairly painless. The kid was happy we found the same type of car that was totaled by hail, even likes the color better. No complaints, except maybe they could move their dealership closer. 4 stars, nobody's perfect.
