My family and I have visited Southstar since it opened in New Iberia. They even stayed open until 10pm one night because I had a kidney stone and they wanted to make sure I was okay. They even called everyday for the next few days to check on me. I have tried other Urgent cares and they turned me away because the were closing soon. I’ll never use anyone but SouthStar they are the best!!

It was one of the best doctor's experiences I've had with a sick child. The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved the jungle themed room and having a tv in the room was great! The doctor was thorough and interacted well with my child. And he even got a juice and a toy!
I was traveling and stopped int here as I wasn't feeling well. They had great customer service throughout the entire process. A very welcoming environment and the staff was more than helpful to make sure I was healthy again. Highly recommended.
