Just purchased a silky replacement blade and was over charged when I went to ask about it I was treated very poorly by the parts manager. Prices marked on items apparently dont mean anything.
"I had a disappointing experience with this company due to their lack of professionalism and transparency. They sold me a product without informing me of additional delivery charges, only to demand payment upon pickup. This kind of misleading practice is unacceptable and leaves customers feeling deceived. Clear communication and honesty should be a priority in business
Took our 1996 Directional Drill in to hopefully get it repaired. Instead of telling us they didn’t think they could repair it, they charged us labor for their research and part searching. They also went over the quote that they gave us, without letting us know ahead of time. In the end we decided to pick up our machine and were charged extra for that. Ending up paying over $7k for nothing to be repaired. Will not be using Vermeer again.
Terrible customer service. Everytime.
I was very pleased with the service but was disappointed when they told me about shipping costs after I paid for the parts I needed lucky I had the money to pay for it
