Updated- Went in for a knife change. Went well. Got everything fixed. Very grateful for the service they gave. The problem fixed itself on the way for them to look at it. Will update and am grateful this location exists. Also the mechanics in the back are really cool guys who genuinely want to help, gave tips on how i can change knifes myself.
They're equipment is awful. If you need parts everything is specifically made to make you go through them. You cant even get a Parts manual unless your a dealer. Everytime I go in I'm waiting at least 30 minutes to talk with someone and when they finally acknowledge my presence they proceed like they don't care or know anything about what they're doing. Just purchased a silky replacement blade and was over charged when I went to ask about it I was treated very poorly by the parts manager. Prices marked on items apparently dont mean anything.
"I had a disappointing experience with this company due to their lack of professionalism and transparency. They sold me a product without informing me of additional delivery charges, only to demand payment upon pickup. This kind of misleading practice is unacceptable and leaves customers feeling deceived. Clear communication and honesty should be a priority in business
