We walked out after 30 minutes.
Very poor customer service there was three customers in the building when I went in and the manager said I will put you on the waiting list seriously and there was three people just standing around the associate was nice

I have had it for many many years and have always got good service
Bunch of crooks. $300+ phone bill for 2 phones. Cancelled those but we still had a jetpack for Wi-Fi and they say they sent us notifications that the data had run out (which they didnt) and now they say we owe over $1800 in overage fees. We've had nothing but trouble with Verizon ever since we switched to them. Glad I'm not with them anymore.
Was a great experience. Stephen Phillips was very helpful and patient with me because I didn't know what phone I wanted. Everyone in the store was very friendly.
