One sales associate Jeff was rude and dismissive. Said one of my lines was not eligible for the edge funny how when I called Verizon I was. Felt he did not go the extra mile to help I have been with Verizon wireless for about 8 years and never had a bad experience. Will continue business but online or over the phone only.
Always pleased with my visits, all my questions are answered, the staff almost feel like old friends the way you can strike up a conversation. Sometimes the waits can be a little crazy but the service when they finally get to you is well worth it
