Granted it was black Friday, but I wasn't wasting my night there. Went to the smaller Verizon store in the mall, they have all the same deals, they honor all of the Verizon sales since they are their largest partner. Second time at the mall store, they are knowledgeable and courteous.
When buying my new phone I was brought out a HUM device which I did not request. When I asked about it, I was told it was free. I asked 3 times! Then I find out it is $5 per month. When I went to have it disconnected I was told I had to pay $35 restocking fee…I NEVER requested this device. Since it was past 14 days I would also have to pay $120 to disconnect service. I feel I was lied to and deceived by Kingston Verizon. I have emailed the agent and the supervisor only to be ignored by both. Be wary of this store.
My lackluster review is more towards Verizon than the staff itself. We were once again exchanging our Note 7 but they wouldn't refund the taxes we paid on our previous Note until they get refunded by Samsung. We returned a defective product they sold us. I expect to get our taxes back immediately and put towards our next phone. Instead Verizon gets to sit on our money a few weeks. Sprint may very well be in my future.

The staff in Kingston were more than accommodating. Kayla was on the phone with Tech Support for 2 hours trying to resolve the alien invasion of my Droid's Cloud contacts. No fix yet, but not for lack of trying!
I was not impressed with the unprofessionalism showed by the employee at the Kingston N.Y. store. Constantly chewing gum and had to keep going away to find out the specs of 2 phones in the pre-paid offerings.
