I came in with a case return and they told me it had to wait and I kept seeing person after person that came in after me go ahead of me. So then a man came in and said he had a purchase so they sent him right to the register! So if went to the lady and she was like well purchases are fast. So I read some Google reviews about how bad this store service was and how poorly managed it is. I thought to myself, it cannot be as bad as what people are saying. Do you know what? It was not as bad, it was Worse!! All I did was stop by to exchange a case? The gentlemen took my phone number and said I was number 5. I am thinking that cannot be to bad. Well 45 minutes later I finally have someone wait on me only to find out in 1 minutes time that they were out of the case I needed! Let me suggest something! Why not have one... read more
