Went to store today after scheduling an appointment and got confirmation. Only to find out store is closed and website says “Open “. Wasted a 25 mile drive for this. Really think it’s time to switch carrier😡😡

Attractive store, well organized and very friendly staff. Tim helped us switch from Sprint to Verizon, he was detailed, friendly and very professional.
Pretty shady. Went in to get cell service for an iPad. The serviceperson told us there were two kinds of iPads, one for AT&T and one for Verizon (!), and we got the wrong one. He even said he could tell which model we got by looking at the back of the iPad, and suppsedly verified it was not the supposed Verizon edition. THERE IS NO SUCH THING. THERE IS ONLY ONE IPAD MODEL. Horrible customer service! The employee that was supposed to help us seemed to have walked away to take a personal phone call and didn't come back. For the prices that we pay for service, you would think customer service would be better.

Excellent service this week! I had all my issues resolved in about 20 minutes! The young woman was so wonderful , she replaced my glass screen protector, so happy the crack was the protector and not the screen! She also pucked out a great car charger, my cheap one burnt out. She explained in clear detail why my phone was not keeping a charge too, now it is! So professional, calming tone, pleasant and helpful. I wish I remembered her name, young girl with long dark hair.
