can't even pay your bill at the store . forcing you to use your checking account. there own representative asked why they weren't taking cash payments at the store. the guy was rude to multiple customers

I finally had a good experience at the store. I was actually in and out in 2 minutes, with my new phone ordered. I can't give them 5 Stars yet, too many bad experiences. But they seem to be getting there.
Verizon hads by far the worst customer service I've seen......you can't even call the local store without a runaround...cant wait to switch to AT&T
Usually I would rather cut off an arm than go to the Verizon store. Had to get phone upgrades for the family, send help...They sent Josh and he was amazing and patient! Took a long time to get everything changed over, he was great about it! Thank you Josh! Unfortunately for you, we will be back and we will ask for you!
verizon in tc is a scam they rip people off on phones you can go to Verizon .com and get a better deal I paid 269 dollars went home got on Verizon website and seen the phone I bought for 79 dollars and my phone didn't work so when I tried to take it back the next day and they would not give me my money back so i paid for a 250 dollar broke phone
