I just left the Redmond Verizon store and I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my entire life! I intend to tell everyone that will listen (and there are a LOT of people that will listen) about my experience. Stay away from Verizon...they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!
Forget what you know about service. Today was my second time trying to upgrade my service in 2 days and I left without getting helped. The young man yesterday was very helpful. Today I was totally ignored for over an hour after the "door man" took my name. Employees were milling around and 5 employees appeared to be helping an old Willie Nelson guy.
