I transferred from T-Mobile 12/8/2018 problems/ different employees/ indifferent with each problem! The worse in Redmond ,went to remove the multiple accounts/ different profile pictures confusing to all I sent & those received. Stay far away from This store particularly Arun and James Love the manager. Dealing with anything Verizon related is best dealt with over the phone with customer service or at least not at the Redmond store.
just now Very very bad store and dishonest staff. Seems like Verizon is cheat company. While activating services, sales guy told me I would not be charged if I cancel service within 14 days. Due to bad connection at my house, I cancelled services within 5 days. Final bill is still charging me high fees like activation charges. Never go to this store. I can show all bills if required.
Horrible service. No wonder people are moving away from Verizon. Terrible, horrible service.
I do not recall the fellows name that I worked with, but seriously the whole staff yesterday was more than helpful. I had a bit of a wait, so I was standing around for quite a bit and it was nice being asked once or twice, making sure I was getting good service!
Woody, and Angel from customer service - Excellent. Sheneen from the Care Department, also excellent. Unfortunately their efforts all channeled through the Redmond, Washington store and that's where Jared, the store manager demonstrated how bad customer service can be. I had ordered a phone for my son to be picked up at the Redmond store. Jared never checked that this online order was paid for and would be picked up. Incredible customer service. My phone broke, under warranty last week and Angel, the manager let me borrow one until mine came in. When I came in today and I told him I had a death in my family he went above and beyond. He mailed my Fedex box with my old phone. I'll always go back to this store! Thank you Angel.
