RecommendedIt's an actual Verizon store not just one of the retailers. They can get extremely busy. So if you can go on a weekday while most people are at work it's not too bad.

Zach was the best! He fixed my phone and showed me how to download my pictures. And all that in less than half an hour... Great customer service!
Today we went in to upgrade our phones. Michael helped us, and he was super patient and helpful! He was able to answer all our questions. We had a very nice experience.
No idea what's going on with Verizon but we used to have great service & for the past few months none of our three phones work worth shit! Mainly at our house. Possible tower problems? Tired of paying for service I can barely use! Already shut 2 lines off & about to move the rest of them to another company!
Follow up service stinks!!
