How about you get some chairs!! I'm looking at 5 people sitting on a floor while waiting for assistance. I get it, you want people to look at merchandise.. some of us are here for help, not to buy so get us some chairs for our 45 minute wait!
Although things started out rocky with my new phone (it turned out to be defective) that I bought Sunday, after coming across numerous problems & setbacks, the help I received from Dan & Katie was PHENOMENAL!!! They (especially Dan as I dealt with him more) went above & beyond to get everything straightened out for me!! I usually HATE going into these stores, but I can honestly say I'm really going to miss being able to go to this store in the future because they have a great team!!!
Way way too long for a wait... the lady that helped us was pretty attentive but didn't know the specials that they had... I felt like three hours was way too long to be helped and out the door...I also felt like the manager did not help her very much to assist us and getting we needed. The manager only cared about looking good in front of us and that was it. The lady that checked us in was only checking customers but was not helping anybody and she had a lot of down time.
