I have never had such crappy customer service at this store, ever, until today!!!! Not happy with Owasso Verizon at all!!!!!!
Linda helped us 2 years ago with switching carriers and she recently helped us upgrade. She is fun, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the products we purchased. Our first experience with Linda was exceptional and we were soooo glad she was there when we walked in (2 years later) for our upgrade.
