This is probably one of the worst encounters I have ever had. We made an appt as instructed online and my son showed up at his designated time. His phone had overheated and wouldn’t turn on with all the suggested home remedies. We called Verizon customer service ahead of time and they told us to go online and make him an account manager so there would be no issues at the store. I like Verizon but they need an insurance company that will do everything they say they do because I cannot be without a phone to send it in to get my screen fixed and I can’t take time off work to go to Massachusetts to get it fixed in a store. I tried to do what Verizon told me I could do when I got the phone and get it fixed by having a technician come to my work and fix it but they only offer that in certain areas none of witch are New Hampshire. Get a better insurance company verizon.
Thank you to Shannon at the Rochester Verizon located across from Walmart... I went in with a warranty issue and was very upset with the outcome of what was going to happen but Shannon played the cards he was given and helped me out. Needless to say... I am a forever Verizon customer thanks to him and how he helped tonight!!! Thank you for all your help!!!

You prior have A VERY big problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.... This problem was caused by your she's person not doing something right, note I'm stuck with a very LARGE bill... Let's hope it gets fixed quickly!

Verizon is awful. Do not get insurance as it does not really offer total protection. They have a deductible that can be up to 199.00 when your phone is damaged. And they don't even insure your phones some third rate place does that can't even give you a real person to talk to
