I was told that if I would go to this Verizon they would help me with everything sent the phone out and all they did not do a damn thing I will never go there again crappy customer service
Leaving a 5 star review because Yousef was very helpful and was on my side. Yousef provided excellent service and is a great customer service representative, even though the folks on the phone for Verizon customer service couldn’t fix the problem.
Yousef and the crew were wonderful! We had a challenging situation and he was patient and listened and kept us laughing while we worked through the problem.
