First off, Cam G is a legend! My mother-in-law has a medical disorder and has a hard time understanding things, so I was there to help. I pretty much did not need to. Cam sat down and explained everything so easily and repeated it however many times she needed it. He got her upgraded and made her phone bill much more reasonable. Cam deserves a raise and acknowledgment. He is the sole reason this store is getting 5 stars. By far the best sales representative I've ever dealt with.
The manager sucks i asked for help and he went into the back office
Zero ownership and accountability. Call center sent me here, store sent me back to call center. Avoid!
