Terrible customer service. You're better off ordering direct from Verizon and skipping the frustration and headaches of trying to be seen. Apparently a 10 AM appointment means 11-ish or whenever.
I went to have a setting tweaked, and it took the manager less than 2 minutes to fix it when I had tried to fix it for hours. I had a couple of other issues, and the manager was patient and helped me with no problem.
Joe and his boss helped fix my issues after I purchased a phone, and it needed replacement and setup. The asurian customer service said he would call to help me and never did. Very poor customer service. I signed up for Verizon internet and got $51.50 charge, which I had no idea why another line was added. I called asurian cs and told them to cancel the phone line while even they didn't either know or neglected to tell me if I canceled the new phone internet would be also canceled. I wanted urge everyone reading this to avoid becoming a Verizon customer. I switched over from T-Mobile and I have been regretting everyday of it. They asked to set up an automated payment through bank account, which I did. For whatever reason (NOT due to insufficient funds) it didn’t go through. Then they blocked my account and requiring my to BRING CASH TO A STORE. Not even allowing me to pay with a credit card. Which genius came up with that policy?
