Cameron from the Woodbury, MN store was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive from the start of our visit till the end of it. We were very pleased by his great service. Remember, Cameron at the Woodbury store in Minnesota if you want a great experience getting in and out with service from someone who knows what their doing.
Terrible customer service. You're better off ordering direct from Verizon and skipping the frustration and headaches of trying to be seen. Apparently a 10 AM appointment means 11-ish or whenever.
I went to have a setting tweaked, and it took the manager less than 2 minutes to fix it when I had tried to fix it for hours. I had a couple of other issues, and the manager was patient and helped me with no problem.
Joe and his boss helped fix my issues after I purchased a phone, and it needed replacement and setup. The asurian customer service said he would call to help me and never did. Very poor customer service. I signed up for Verizon internet and got $51.50 charge, which I had no idea why another line was added. I called asurian cs and told them to cancel the phone line while even they didn't either know or neglected to tell me if I canceled the new phone internet would be also canceled.
