Some of the worst customer service around. And this is a corp owned store. Nothing but excuses and run around with paying off my att bill
So, I came in on Saturday and worked with Spencer. Spencer was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I only owed $40 dollars on my phone from AT&T and I didn't think to pay it off before I came in. I wanted to take my phone and transfer to Verizon to be on the same plan as my girlfriend. We tried and tried but no luck. I went next door and paid off my phone. We still couldn't get it done.
