Jake and Daniel worked diligently to resolve a system error that was preventing my new phone from activating. They were both patient and kind as we figured out the issue and found the right internal service to fix it.

So, I came in on Saturday and worked with Spencer. Spencer was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I only owed $40 dollars on my phone from AT&T and I didn't think to pay it off before I came in. I wanted to take my phone and transfer to Verizon to be on the same plan as my girlfriend. We tried and tried but no luck. I went next door and paid off my phone. We still couldn't get it done.
