So, I came in on Saturday and worked with Spencer. Spencer was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I only owed $40 dollars on my phone from AT&T and I didn't think to pay it off before I came in. I wanted to take my phone and transfer to Verizon to be on the same plan as my girlfriend. We tried and tried but no luck. I went next door and paid off my phone. We still couldn't get it done. Amazing staff! Such a great store to go to. So helpful. Been a Verizon customer for 22 years so it's nice to see friendly faces in store.
Daniel (assistant manager) is extremely helpful in resolving issues created by paperwork problems with another store. He is highly knowledgeable, kind, and I really have never met a better customer service associate.
