I came to pick up my phone and the staff here were acting indifferent and unfriendly giving me negative "go away" vibes. Rather than explain to me that it can take some time for the online order to get processed and that a pickup email will be sent to me they only wanted to make a new order for me without helping me to root cause my existing order. This is subpar customer service.
