Customer consultant was very helpful
I want to add a shout out to Lance that works here. He had so many problems trying to transfer our information to our new phones but he never gave up. The IT department couldn't help him but he figured it out. He spent about 2 1/2 hours working with us and was very friendly. I cannot believe the patience he had. He is truly a very valuable employee for sure. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP LANCE!!!
