Julian is phenomenal! He showed great customer service and was very patient with our confusion that we experienced at a third-party retail Verizon prior. He honestly deserves a raise!! We are very satisfied with him. He even took the extra time to ensure all my husband’s little video game apps were downloaded. We will definitely be using him again for future needs.
This experience started as a 1-star visit and turned into a 5-star one thanks to great customer service by Julian. I came to the store after being told by phone support that my refund was ready and noted in my account. Decided to add a device to my plan. I looked on the Verizon app first, but the information was vague. I've always got good information from this store. I got my device quickly and was on my way. My advice is before changing anything on a Verizon account check here might save frustration and money.
Nothing the salesman could do for me. Not his fault. He was nice about it though .
