Glad I made the switch from MetroPCS to Verizon. They are expensive and their salespeople can be a tad too pushy, but overall great service and a million times better than Metro. Definitely would recommend them! A+!
Sometimes, I have questions (is the news of the cancelation of message+ real; how do I set up w/Google messaging), or things I want to do on my phone's set up that I can't figure out on my own, or follow directions given. It requires a Verizon store visit for peace of mind. My sweet tech didn't have a name badge, but he helped me out, wanted to see me happy, & very importantly, was NOT condescending. I only go maybe once a yr, but the Turnersville store is my go-to, & there's always a sigh of relief!
We went there to get help with my phone it was not working properly. Go outside the mall to Verizon store they know what they are doing.
