Excellent service! Walked in, checked in, got seen in 10 minutes. Anybody whining about understaffing or not being seen is either ignorant or overly demanding to the point of delusion; they have an efficient and easy to use check-in kiosk, but multiple customers just walked in, ignored their "welcome," and sat down. These nice people have to deal with HORRID customers in Tuscaloosa. The man who helped me and my 70+ father upgrade our phones was personable and precise at his job. Always coming back!
