I recently visited Verizon and was helped by Masih, and I just wanted to share how great the experience was. Even though we didn’t end up buying the iPhones that day, Masih was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions carefully, and made sure we fully understood our options. The absolutely worst business I've ever dealt with. My husband passed in March. I notified Verizon April 1 (by phone). They billed Auto Pay April. I sent them a certified death certificate. I didn't notice at the time, but they continued to bill ( auto pay) May, June, July. I reached out and the bank stopped the autopsy and refunded. Verizon continued to Invoice. Each month I wrote letter stating my husband passed March. I tried repeated to call. Could not get help. Finally went to gainesville Verizon store. He sent me to Ma... read more
