The absolutely worst business I've ever dealt with. My husband passed in March. I notified Verizon April 1 (by phone). They billed Auto Pay April. I sent them a certified death certificate. I didn't notice at the time, but they continued to bill ( auto pay) May, June, July. I reached out and the bank stopped the autopsy and refunded. Verizon continued to Invoice. Each month I wrote letter stating my husband passed March. I tried repeated to call. Could not get help. Finally went to gainesville Verizon store. He sent me to Ma... read more
