Great help getting wife her new phone
Spent 30 mins waiting to be seen by an associate, only to be told "just order your phone through the app". Store has barely any inventory, and is really only there to try to sucker you into a contract without you reading the fine print.
Always a pleasure and helpful people
They will lie about your contract with them and the deals you can get having their service. They do everything they can to make it difficult to switch to a different carrier. I have nothing good to say about verizon. If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of money and time.
