The manager, Kevin, was super helpful and kind. My issue was solved in no time!
I was told by the staff in the store that there was nothing that they could do about my situation with my phone although I have insurance and it’s paid up full what you have there is a lazy Supervisor, who doesn’t want to do anything. All he does is waddle around the store, and pretend like he’s important. If it weren’t for one of the younger non managerial staff who took the time to help me, I would’ve had to walk out with nothing. Verizon really needs an assessment on these employees.
