The wait time is RIDICULOUS. EVERY TIME. DO BETTER
We had some recent trouble with an exchange of phones, but the store was very accommodating. The staff was very patient, friendly, and provided excellent service!!!
Took three and a half hours. Salesperson kept running back to manager to get "get a better price with promotions" or asking other questions. Then she didn't give me details on each. Ended up with 2 extra lines that I spent another 3 hours on phone with Verizon trying to fix it. Because of the way she did it, I was unable to.
Had my phone for only 2 months and now I can barely get service they want me to replace my phone and charge me money
