I usually don't have the best experiences in Verizon, as previously they've always tried to upsell me or take some other sneaky tactics. We initially came in because we had some software problems, even possibly walking away with a brand new phone. So i walked in today to switch from Google-Fi to verizon. I was very apprehensive because i have had customer service issues with verizon before. Today was no different. I have a completely unlocked google pixel phone that i have had verizon in the past on. The sales person seemed very clueless and mind you: rude from the beginning. She said the phone is locked by google-fi.
