Had to wait 20 minutes for a receipt when turning in my devices. Then, when inquiring about upgrading tablets, the customer service rep suggested that I "just do it online". They act like hey don't even want to wait on you which is why I called to purchase my new phones on the first place. Sad!
If I could rate Verizon Kenwood,Oakley & Western Hills 0 STARS- I would! Always some twist bait & switch tactic. Or a billing you cant understand, an add on or someone they send you to or a long wait to speak about a issue they wont resolve. Fyi. Dont deal with the business line guy John Kahmann. He'll bs & spin you off with promises about a Loyalty service connect and a 800# for to Only get an ai assistants. Its clear WHY this company's laying off. NO ONE KNOWS or Cares. Just sales!
