If I could rate Verizon Kenwood,Oakley & Western Hills 0 STARS- I would! Always some twist bait & switch tactic. Or a billing you cant understand, an add on or someone they send you to or a long wait to speak about a issue they wont resolve. Fyi. Dont deal with the business line guy John Kahmann. He'll bs & spin you off with promises about a Loyalty service connect and a 800# for to Only get an ai assistants. Its clear WHY this company's laying off. NO ONE KNOWS or Cares. Just sales!

Couldn't fix my phone. Had to call tech support. Fixed in 20 minutes through chat. Didn't talk to a live person
Mailed a Faulty box given new one still only ran at 8-10 maps which is terrible. They was also charging me double than the previous carrier I had, Gaslighted to the max. When came to returning labels it seems that they can't even get that right. Then wants to charge me for the crappiest of service if this return label isn't mailed to me soon and my credit charges isn't fixed imma file whatever I can to gain this attention! I will not be taken advantage of point blank
