Don't tell over the phone or in person that an account owner died if there are still other lines you need active. I made the mistake of calling it in for my mom. The call center said to go in. I did. The gal in there said I had 30 days to follow a link to transfer the remaining lines. 20 days later they cut all the lines off and close the account we had for 17 yrs. Everyone is helpful and nice, and I've had to come in on more than one occasion. I highly recommend this location.
I think it's really good to pay your phone bill once a month and stuff like that instead of every month
