Always have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get any sort of service in this place. A couple of the people are very good. The rest not really Service oriented. They know and they never have enough personnel
So apparently Verizon is worthless, since I've been wothout service since 12 pm est. Jan. 14th, 2026. What a new year. Yet they always seem to pass the buck, oh our engineers are aware of the issue. Then I can't even visit the corporate store at 1770 N. Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33436. In which theater there is hard to talk to and refuses to cooperate. In all, I'm aware networks have issues, but come on Verizon this is twice in 6 months, my eSim has been having issues for several months now. To continue to pay for this... read more
