Went in to find out how much I owe on my and my dads old phones. It took about 30 minutes to be helped because of how busy the store was.
She said she had not heard of the issue yet but she fix it.
We just had T-Mobile buyout our account balance, or whatever and verizon still Got $100 taken out of our bank account this morning . This place is full of fees so quick to charge you a $200 fee to Get phone back on and even keep charging you after you have shut off service just woke up to Hundred dollars taken out of account That we shut off because we cannot afford all these fees. So I guess we gotta change banks now too.
The definition of Bait & Switch. If you order something online, don’t let them change it with the salesperson in store, regardless what they say. ((*Just to put it kindly, this store needs less vaccums)) Period.. Sales Lady: “That’s great! That’s gonna save us (meaning Verizon) $200.” That’s when she drew the imaginary line. Glad I’ve had better Customer Service over the last 15+years. Please choose a different store ~&~ that is why they definitely earned a 1 Star. #EarnedIt
