Why is it 3/3 times of visiting with paying customers the initial all the way to the final verdict was "leave here & call Verizon", "leave here & call Verizon." No, thanks.
I got a few answers and I understand they can't do some things but it's still frustrating when you want to resolve something and you have to deal with someone over the phone and not face to face.
