Scammed on February 14 by my Verizon went to the store to resolve it For a promo correction and warranty found out from a legitimate Verizon that there only told me they were spent two hours with customer service which had been hacked. 18 months ago, I was so fed up with Xfinity I switched to Verizon. “I have an iPhone 13 Pro paid off. I can’t get the transfer code.” “Let’s swap out your phone.” Swap would imply no charge? Nope, locked into 36 months at $35/month. I don’t even know this until I wanted to switch T-Mobile. (Xfinity was ththe worst experience ever. They have data limits on internet and data. (Read the fine print)

Really slow service. I came in and checked in- I had one person in front of me. 90 minutes later I was next. Meanwhile, two other employees kept busy doing minor things around the shop and having conversations with each other. I'm not blaming the employees- I just think it's a really inefficient service model. Make an appointment, but DO NOT walk in.

Terrible service, I came in without an appointment, they could not see me so I set up an appointment for another day, showed up for appointment, waited 20 minutes with an appointment and still could not get to me...
