The customer service has always been poor at this location
Very poor customer service
Very poor service, long wait with no communication. I had to leave after waiting an hour for service, and at the end there was only one employee on the floor. Pathetic.
Scammed on February 14 by my Verizon went to the store to resolve it For a promo correction and warranty found out from a legitimate Verizon that there only told me they were spent two hours with customer service which had been hacked. Verizon had no explanation the store Lake Street store, which is a legitimate store.
