Received help right away, knowledgeable employees
With all the slow service reviews you would think they would do something to improve but this is the most ridiculously slow business I’ve ever dealt with. Prepare to wait all day after checking in to get someone to actually help you. Unbelievable
I told the sales associate that I wanted to buy a new smartwatch if I couldn't upgrade my phone and he lazily sent me to UbreakiFix without jumping on a sale. I should not have stopped in on "Bring your most unmotivated salesman to work day" We deserve to have AI in charge. He literally asked me "what's your password?" when he took my phone from my hands, erasing apps, and opening up background windows.
