Alejandro was fantastic!!! I’ve been to 3 separate stores and they kept trying to upsell me and giving me smaller promotions and once I said no they “suddenly” were out of stock. It was exhausting and I was close to switching providers but Alejandro kept me with Verizon! Could not recommend more. Fantastic customer service!
UPDATE: Welp, turns out Verizon is just as expensive as the last company I went to. And only offered a small discount when I was leaving. Glad I left.
I had a chance to get in talk with Scott,he managed my business bills gets down and even got some promotions,he was available anytime I had issues with verizon business lines.

I’ve never felt more lied to and ripped off in my life. If anyone out here has a decent phone company let me know. My bill went from $170 a month with T-Mobile to $412 with Verizon.
