Tried to get new phone as ours was glitching and not working at 630pm. Been verizon customer 20+ years. 3 employees standing there not helping anyone else, after waiting said we close at 7 and wouldn't be able to help us. Posted online theyre open at 8. They make it easy to switch carriers to their competitor.

Everyone I've worked with at this Verizon has just been great. I have a power of attorney for my brother's account which is located in Washington state. The people at this location were knowledgeable about everything we needed to do. I really appreciate how helpful they were, and how quickly we were able to resolve issues.
The worst customer service ever. Not a kind counter to go to. Try to get a situation sorted from a retailer issue. The asst manager is was very confrontational and we are the ones who got a bad deal from the retailer and she bad mouth them. Not a pleasant experience
