The people working in the store, are not very knowledgeable. Better to do things online
Unfortunately this store is not as transparent as they should be when pertaining to promotional offers and fees/taxes. I wouldnt walk into this store without knowing exactly what you want ahead of time and doing the research yourself. If you find yourself in a position where correction is needed the store doesnt even address it and everything has to be done via corporate phone calling or online chating. Be very careful of this place. I got a phone and they told me about a great deal.Earbuds and watch with my phone at a discount. They didn't say when you get the watch they add a line to your account. And that you are now going to pay 15$ more a month. They also didn't even give me the new number. Nice scam The
