Nobody knows what they are doing at this location. Just like the UPS store, they all keep trying to send me back to each other to take care of their mistake. If you're out of town and your phone stops working, you cannot just go to the nearest Verizon store and get a new one. If you do, you will be charged for a whole new line. $50 bucks added to your bill! Then they give you a phone number to call. When you call that number, they will act like your problems are all solved. All you gotta do is recieve an envelope in the mail... read more
