Lied about not being able to acceptthe trade-in because the Verizon upgrade was done at BestBuy. They said I had to buy the phone from them to do the trade in. Went to another Verizon store and there was zero problem.
I dread coming to this store. I have a business account and b/c it appears that VZW has outsourced customer service and I can’t get any help over the phone, of course I’m going to give a bad survey. About a week later I got a call from Micheliska from the SOUTHFIELD STORE. She sounded helpful and said she saw where I was being charged for a device I don’t even have.
