Patient, friendly service.
I had ordered some tablets online they never came. Verizon said they was going to send me a refund. I never received it. I been calling in for over a month to get my refund. Verizon said it was issued on Aug 4th. But I called my bank and it's no record of a refund from Verizon. I'm on hold right with Verizon and they're saying it's been issued but I haven't received it. So someone isn't doing their job. Can someone please help? I need my money back
