Had a problem with my Google app, the tech went above and beyond to correct the issue, why my Google went from English to Spanish is beyond me.

Walked in today with a damaged phone, a much older gentleman approached us after walking around the store and getting no greeting. He came up to us and only said “what’s up?” His service was pretty lack luster. He was quick to point out how much i owed in order to trade in my phone, that i should have gotten the insurance…. He even asked “how do you plan to transfer your data over?” My phone was had a cracked screen but i could still get to the transfer app… but he paid no attention.
