Very busy.
At the store, Toni was great helping us get our new iPhone 16’s and Apple Watches and I would have added the 5th star but I have been chatting online for a week to get the rebates promised on the order. Today I found out the reason for the rebates being rejected is my “purchase was not at a participating location”. So after waiting the 30 days post purchase to claim the rebate and chatting with multiple agents this week, I “may” be finally getting the rebates. I hope so and if I can add that 5th star!
