The agent told me only take 5 mins to switch into verizon esim but it takes me 3 days and my phone is still cant receive the phone or dial other phone! Sad! What can i do?
False advertisement, you guys do not open9 AM. Literally, it's 913, and you guys aren't open, so I recommend changing your time because you guys are not open at 9 AM.
Visited the store on Sunday. Staff very helpful. Venaassa has uptodate knowledge of the job and well versed with verizon policies. Business Manager himself takes initiative to solve the problems of customers positively. God Bless Verizon.
