Had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Alfredo. He was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I left with the best option for my needs. The agent told me only take 5 mins to switch into verizon esim but it takes me 3 days and my phone is still cant receive the phone or dial other phone! Sad! What can i do?
False advertisement, you guys do not open9 AM. Literally, it's 913, and you guys aren't open, so I recommend changing your time because you guys are not open at 9 AM.
