I always go to Brian here and he’s awesome! He never gives me a run around and is always an amazing experience getting a phone upgrade when I work with him. If you’re a Verizon customer and need anything, go see Brian! He’s awesome! The other staff here are amazing and friendly as well.
This store claims to be open at 9 am (both online and when you scan the QR code for store hours at the physical location), but doesn't even have the doors open or anyone answering the phone until after 10 am on Saturday. It just ended up being a mad dash to the front door with everyone that ended up waiting in the parking lot for someone to arrive and then very limited staff was available.
I manage our business account with Verizon, and this location has become my go-to for anything we need. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with exceptional service from a team that is not only friendly, but also highly knowledgeable and professional. Nothing personal against those who work here at this location but this is directed to Verizon as a whole, I just switched my services from Tmobile due to changes in my company corporate account requiring me to change to a consumer account. I decided to go with Verizon to take advantage of the new line, new phone promotions. First off, the guy that “helped” us had zero clue what he was doing and kept having to go ask others for direction and then had a difficult time explaining our options, didn’t listen to what we wanted and got orders wrong. Long story short. After years of having the same phones, we decided to go into the store for the free upgrades on the whole family’s phones (four phones in total).
