Nothing personal against those who work here at this location but this is directed to Verizon as a whole, I just switched my services from Tmobile due to changes in my company corporate account requiring me to change to a consumer account. I decided to go with Verizon to take advantage of the new line, new phone promotions. First off, the guy that “helped” us had zero clue what he was doing and kept having to go ask others for direction and then had a difficult time explaining our options, didn’t listen to what we wanted and got orders wrong. Long story short. After years of having the same phones, we decided to go into the store for the free upgrades on the whole family’s phones (four phones in total).
