Really loved my experience at this location especially with Keeven he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable any problems I had with Setting my new lines up, he resolved them very fast his customer service was a 10 out of 10. Best experience I’ve ever had thank you Keeven
Jeseada was super helpful he answered all of my questions and even recommended me options that worked out much better than what I had initially seen he did a great job and his manager was super helpful as well 10/10 from both of them
I always go to Brian here and he’s awesome! He never gives me a run around and is always an amazing experience getting a phone upgrade when I work with him. If you’re a Verizon customer and need anything, go see Brian! He’s awesome! The other staff here are amazing and friendly as well.
This store claims to be open at 9 am (both online and when you scan the QR code for store hours at the physical location), but doesn't even have the doors open or anyone answering the phone until after 10 am on Saturday. It just ended up being a mad dash to the front door with everyone that ended up waiting in the parking lot for someone to arrive and then very limited staff was available.
I manage our business account with Verizon, and this location has become my go-to for anything we need. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with exceptional service from a team that is not only friendly, but also highly knowledgeable and professional. They always take the time to explain things clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I leave feeling confident and taken care of.
