I visited the Verizon store today around 5:35 PM for dropping my trade-in device off and was told to check in and wait. I waited patiently for the whole time, but none of the staff followed up or gave any update — 3 staffs at the store went to the back and seemed to forget about the customers waiting. After waiting over 30 minutes, I finally went up to ask, only to be told that they had already called me — even though I was sitting right there in front of them the entire time!
