This was an incredibly frustrating experience and a clear example of how poorly Verizon handles customer service. After 17 years as a customer with six active lines, I expected better. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro online after Verizon advertised an easy upgrade with two-day delivery. JUST HORRIBLE NEVER RECEIVED MY PROMISED E-GIFT CARD! Ordered another phone and it was lost and they NEVER said nothing! I had to call all day just to get someone…… hung up on several times because they didn’t have an answer so they just hung up and on hold for almost an hour!!! Just HORRIBLE.
