Had a really great and easy interaction with the person there! The almost boutique store was very well maintained. Staff was professional and took about 30 minutes to trade in my old phone for a new one I was excited about! Very thorough and efficient!!
This was an incredibly frustrating experience and a clear example of how poorly Verizon handles customer service. After 17 years as a customer with six active lines, I expected better. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro online after Verizon advertised an easy upgrade with two-day delivery.
