I'm a loyal Verizon customer i love this company and have never had issues with anything from service to billing to getting help from customer service. It's always above and beyond. If you're getting scammed don't blame the company. You can't trust most people in San Francisco anyways. Whether it's a ma and pa or xfinity all locations vary due to the EMPLOYEES present. Avoid Verizon at any cost!!!!!!! Licensed thieves and legal scammers!!!! I just have their service for 2 month and I got charged almost every week. I have an adjusted credit and my bill was current. On oct7 2024 they suspended my service and forced me to pay $110 past due balance. When I speak customer service over the phone they transferred me 4 times to different departments and waited 2 hours on the line to resolve issue. What a scam of a company. What a terrible experience. I'm trying to return 5g service that didn't work in my home, and they won't even accept a return of their own equipment. I'm getting told they need to mail an additional label and hope that my account actually accepts the return, or they're going to charge me hundreds of dollars. Please, nobody, ever use Verizon phone or their internet.
