Juan was amazing. I came in with my mom and he was able to help her feel at ease with the whole process. Can’t say enough good things about him and the process.
Doubled up my order due to app failure, glthen told me they cancelled the double order, only to find out they actually cancelled all my orders. Took several hours on the phone and in the store twice to finally resolve. Doesn't seem like customer service, especially the offshore call center is geared to actually care.
