I bought a Google pixel 10. All the employees, including James the manager, were AWESOME. Sam was the primary contact. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Also extraordinarily skilled in dealing with crochety seniors. If you are looking for a phone, Go here. Don't bother looking anywhere else, they will hook you up right.
My iPhone 13 Pro Max suddenly stopped working, failed SIM card. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted and helped. A Lady and a gentleman worked as a team and knew exactly what to try. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, they replaced my SIM card for free and my phone was back in action. Solid experience.
